Need to work from home but don’t know what to do?

If you find yourself suddenly out of a job and don't know what to do, consider working from home.
We all have skills, most of us though don't place any value on our skills so don't think of them as a resource. If this is you, sit down with pen and paper and write down a list of things that you are good at doing.
Here are some suggestions of things you can do:
1. Translate documents.
2. Basic gardening service – lawn mowing, weeding, etc.
3. Small plumbing repairs.
4. Data entry.
5. Arbitrage: buy things cheap on eBay or craigslist, then sell hem for more money on the same system.
6. Write a manual on 'how to knit', 'how to take care of tropical fish', 'how to change the brakes on your car'.
7. Solve people's computer problems.
8. Home help provider: shop or clean house
There are hundreds of things you can probably offer in order to make money and work from home. Just spend some time thinking about it. Also brainstorm with your friends and family. Ask them what they think you are good at doing. You may be surprised and find they are your first customers.
